At KODAK Photo Plus, we stand behind the quality of our imaging technology and offer a 30-day return policy for all hardware and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process for returns and technical exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the device in its original KODAK packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
